摘要
借鉴英国、美国医院薪酬水平决定要素参与分配的原理,遵循人力资本相关理论,在总结国内公立医院行业特点的基础上,归纳了医务人员相关薪酬水平决定要素,并以公立医院卫生专业技术岗位和医生岗位为例,与社会平均水平相比较,测算得到其相对薪酬水平。建议公立医院医务人员总体薪酬水平为社会平均水平的3!5倍。
According to human resources theory, based on the summary of the characters of public hospital and referring from the influences factors of doctor’s compensation in UK and USA, the determinants of doctor’s compensation were analyzed. Taking the medical technical staf and clinical doctor as an example, the relative compensation compared to the average wage of employed persons. It shows that the suitable health worker’s total compensation in public hospital is 3-5 multiple to the average wage of employed persons.
