我国公立医院薪酬制度研究热点及趋势分析

摘要 目的:探究我国公立医院薪酬相关研究文献的研究热点,为未来进一步研究开展提供参考依据。方法通过中国知网数据库检索近十年来我国公立医院薪酬相关研究文献,清洗后使用Citespace软件对纳入文献进行发文量、作者机构合作情况及研究热点分析。结果:共纳入文献1313篇,2012~2022年我国公立医院薪酬研究文献数量总体呈现上升趋势,但作者及机构的合作网络个数较少。经过计量软件分析,结合研究热点聚类标签,研究的关键词概括为薪酬体系、薪酬管理、薪酬评估及绩效管理。突现分析显示关键词的时间变化符合该类研究的发展趋势。结论:目前我国公立医院薪酬制度相关研究成果丰富,覆盖内容也较为全面。建议公立医院应在坚持公益性导向的前提下,持续完善绩效管理体系、加强薪酬管理,探索建立适应医疗行业特点的薪酬制度,发挥薪酬制度的保障作用,助力医院高质量、可持续发展。 Objective To explore the research hotspots in the public hospital salary-related research papers in China,and provide a reference for further research.Methods The public hospital salary-related research papers in China in the past ten years was obtained through the CNKI database.The included literature was analyzed on the number of publications,author-institution cooperation and research hotspots by using Citespace software.Results 1313 literature was included in this research.From 2012 to 2022,the overall number of public hospital salary research papers in China showed an upward trend,but the number of cooperation networks among authors and institutions was relatively low.Analysis of software showed that,combined with the research hotspot clustering labels,the keywords were summarized as salary system,salary management,salary assessment and performance management.And the emergent analysis showed that the temporal changes of keywords were in line with the development trend of this type of research.Conclusion The current coverage of studies related to the salary system of public hospitals in China is comprehensive.It is suggested that public hospitals should continue to improve the performance management system and strengthen the salary management on the premise of adhering to the public welfare orientation,explore the establishment of a salary system that adapts to the characteristics of medical industry,and play the role of the salary system as a guarantee to help hospitals develop in a high-quality and sustainable manner.
