摘要
教育是国家发展的基础,学科教学知识(PCK)则是师范生必须掌握的核心知识.师范生作为即将投身于教育工程建设的新鲜血液,掌握高水平的学科教学知识显得尤为重要.采用问卷调查和文献分析法,在建构主义理论、Kolb体验式学习模型以及翻转课堂理念的指导下,针对当前化学师范生PCK培养模式存在课程内容缺乏化学师范特色、授课过程缺乏实践锻炼设计、教学方式缺乏信息技术运用等问题,探索以微课程设计为载体的化学师范生PCK培养模式的改革与创新.通过以学生自主探究为教学手段、以化学+师范特色知识为教学内容、以翻转课堂设计为授课形式的改革措施,可以提升化学师范生的质量,培养新时代的高素质教师队伍.
Education is the foundation of national development,and pedagogical content knowledge( PCK) is the core knowledge that normal students need to master. The normal students will devote themselves to the construction of education engineering as fresh blood,and it is very important for them to master the high level of teaching knowledge. With questionnaire and literature analysis methods,this study revealed the existing problems in PCK training model for chemical normal students,such as lack of characteristics of the contents in chemistry normal course,practical training design in teaching process,and application of information technology in teaching methods.Then,it explored the reform and innovation of the training mode of chemistry normal PCK based on micro-course design by the guidance of constructivist theory,Kolb experiential learning model and flipped classroom. This paper proposes some reform measures using student independent exploration as teaching means,chemistry + normal characteristic knowledge as teaching content and flipped classroom design as teaching form,so as to improve the quality of the chemistry normal students and cultivate high-quality teachers in new era.
