摘要
卒中后认知功能障碍(post stroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)将严重影响患者的生存质量,因此早期诊断、早期干预具有重要意义。然而,目前临床PSCI评定量表存在局限性且无PSCI客观诊断的生物学指标。micro RNA(miRNA)在循环血中的表达谱会随着机体病理生理情况的变化而变化,已经用于认知、学习及认知相关性疾病的研究。最近,miRNA在PSCI的研究已初见萌芽,miRNA很有可能成为PSCI实现早期客观诊断的新星。
Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI) seriously affects patients' quality of life, so early diagnosis and intervention are of great significance. However, PSCI rating scale has limitations and no biological parameters for objective diagnosis. The expression profile of micro RNA(mi RNA) in circulating blood will be changed with pathophysiological conditions in body, and has been used in studies of cognitive, learning and cognitive related diseases. Recently, mi RNA has sprouted in PSCI studies, which may become a new star for early objective diagnosis of PSCI.
