摘要
目的探讨小脑重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响.方法选取该院2020年1—11月收治的脑卒中患者82例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,各41例.两组患者均给予常规治疗及康复训练,在此基础上,对照组采用假刺激治疗,研究组采用小脑重复经颅磁刺激治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效果及预后情况.结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者的Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分、Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的上肢和下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者睁眼或闭眼状态稳定性指数(stability index,SI)均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑卒中患者实施小脑重复经颅磁刺激治疗具有显著的临床效果,可改善其平衡功能,促进患者功能恢复,建议广泛应用.
Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of the cerebellum on the balance function of stroke patients.Methods A total of 82 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from January to November 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given conventional treatment and rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group was treated with sham stimulation,and the study group was treated with cerebellar repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The treatment effect and prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score and the Barthel Index(BI)score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores of the upper and lower limbs of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability index(SI)of patients in the study group with eyes opened or closed were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of the cerebellum for stroke patients has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the patient's balance function and promote their functional recovery.It is recommended to be widely used.
