摘要
目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后认知障碍患者的认知功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年11月本院康复就诊的脑卒中患者50例,按照随机数字表随机分成rTMS刺激组和对照组各25例。两组均接受基础药物治疗和常规康复治疗,rTMS组在此基础上联合1HzrTMS治疗。于治疗前、结束时及治疗结束后4周采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能,Barthel指数(BI)评估ADL能力。结果:治疗4周结束时及结束后4周,两组患者的MMSE、MoCA及BI评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),rTMS组的MoCA、MMSE及BI评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:低频rTMS治疗可有效改善脑卒中后认知障碍患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力。
Objective:To observe the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the cognitive function and the ability to perform daily activities(ADL)in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods:The 50 stroke patients in January^2017 and November 2018 were randomly divided into rTMS stimulation group and control group.The two groups were all treated with basic medication and traditional rehabilitation therapy,The rTMS group was treated with 1 Hz rTMS in addition to routine treatment.Before treatment,at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)were used to assess changes in cognitive function in the three groups,and the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)was used to determine changes in ADL ability.Results:The MMSE、MoCA and BI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01)at the end of 4 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the MoCA、MMSE and BI scores of the two groups were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Low frequency rTMS can effectively improve cognitive function and ADL ability of stroke patients.
