基于有效教师培育的师范生四维度素养初探

摘要 师范生的有效培养对高校的发展及人才培养至关重要,是实现与基础教育学校间互融和缩短师范生进入职业期适应期的前提。立足于有效教学理念的指导,提出了有效教师应具备的素养反推师范生应培养的四维度素养,即品质、文化、技能、意识;依托微格教学实践进行师范生素养的培养,从而实现师范生向有效教师的转变。 Effective cultivation of normal university students is crucial to universities development and talent cultivation, and it is also the premise of realizing fusion with elementary education schools and shortening adaptation period required by normal university students to enter occupational tenure. Under the guidance of effective teaching concept, essential 4D attainments, namely, quality, culture, skill and awareness, which should be possessed by normal university students, were deduced based upon essential attainments of effective teachers. Transition from normal university students and effective teachers was realized by relying on microteaching practice-based attainment cultivation for normal university students.
