摘要
微格教学是培养和提高师范生掌握课堂教学技能的一种有效方法.分析了目前微格教学中存在的主要问题,提出了构建物理学专业教师教育类课程体系,实施"导师制"和"分阶段训练"的教学模式等策略.
Microteaching is an effective way of training students＇ teaching skill.Based on the currently problems,We present setting up the physical teacher＇s education course system.At the same time,it is also given the teaching mode of ＂stage train＂ and ＂Tutor guidance＂.
