摘要
近年来,我国教师培训工作取得重要成就,但也存在针对性不强、内容泛化、方式单一、质量监控薄弱等突出问题。成人教育学中的自我导向学习理论为如何定位及实施教师培训工作提供了基本视角:教师培训作为教师自我导向的学习过程,应由教师承担专业学习的主要责任。基于自我导向学习理论的有效教师培训模式包括:开发明确的、对教师来说具有一定挑战性的培训目标体系;建构科学的教师能力诊断标准,引领教师制定合理的专业学习计划;调整培训内容的供给结构,最大化地满足教师专业发展的有效需要;根据教师的发展水平创新整合不同的培训方式,将面授与直接指导、现场实践、个人研修等结合,构建混合培训模式,确保培训的质量。
Teacher training in China has gained great achievements in recent years,but there are still some factors that go against the development of teacher training. Self-directed Learning Theory provides a perspective for how to orient and implement teacher training. This study suggests that Self-directed Learning Theory should be applied to constructing an effective teacher training model,in which the teachers should take the main responsibility of their professional learning and development,and the key elements of teacher training,such as training targets,assessment standards,training content and strategies,should be well designed and developed and combine face to face teaching with direct guidance,on-site practice and self-study so that teacher training can achieve its effectiveness.
