摘要
师范生教学评价能力是职业技能发展的支撑,也是有效增强自身教学效能感的保障。本文从实践培养的角度阐述了师范生教学评价能力的内涵及其重要性。
The teaching evaluation ability of normal university students is the support for their vocational skills development, and is the effective guarantee to enhance their teaching self-efficacy. The article discuss the connotation and significance of the teaching evaluation ability of normal university students from the angle of practice training.
