摘要
有效教学是新课程背景下全新的教学理念,对促进教师专业发展,提升教师教学水平都有积极的作用。在有效教学的理念下,教师追求教学的有效性是自身专业发展的内驱力,学校倡导有效教学的良好环境氛围是教师专业发展的助推器和保障。
Effective teaching is an entirely new teaching concept under the new curriculum background, which plays an active role in promoting teachers＇ specialty development and upgrading teachers＇ teaching level. Under the concept of effective teaching, a teacher＇s pursue of the effectiveness of his teaching is the internal motivation for his own specialty development and the good environment provided by a school is a promoter and guarantee for the development of a teacher＇s specialty development.
