摘要
针对职业核心能力早已经成为用工单位选人、用人的重要标准,对学生的职业核心能力现状及企业需求进行了调研,探讨了在公共基础课中培养学生的职业核心能力的方式方法,并提出相应的改革建议。
Vocational core competencies have become the important criteria for recruitment and employment by employers. This paper conducted a research on both the status quo of students＇ vocational core competencies and the enterprises＇ needs,explored how to cultivate students＇ vocational core competencies in general curricula teaching and offered suggestions concerning relevant reforms.
