摘要 培养高职教师的课程意识是当前高职院校教学改革的需要,高职教师的课程意识是一个复合体,应该包含明确的目标意识、清醒的主体意识和敏锐的资源意识。而形成正确的课程理念和进行课程的价值反思是培养高职教师课程意识的关键。 Cultivating the teachers'curricular consciousness is a demand for current educational and teaching reform in higher vocational and technical schools. Such consciousness is a composite, which is supposed to include definite consciousness of purpose, clear consciousness of subject and acute consciousness of resources. Meanwhile the key to cultivating the teachers'curricular consciousness in higher vocational and technical schools should be ascribed to developing correct curricular philosophy as well as reflecting the value of curriculum.
