摘要
高职院校毕业生的职业核心能力是后示范时期职业教育从"注重技能"到"关怀人格"深刻变革并致力于更好服务社会而重点面向的新范畴。据调查,用人单位对目前高职院校毕业生职业核心能力的要求与实际状况存在较大差距,职业核心能力的重要性已得到了广泛认可,但长期以来的"唯技能"思维惯性,致使高职院校还未达到自觉去设计一条比较完整的体系和科学的评价机制从而把职业核心能力指标有机融入专业设置和课程教学中。推进专业设置、专业课程内容与职业标准相衔接,推进培养目标、专业设置、教学过程等方面的衔接,形成对接紧密、特色鲜明、动态调整的职业教育课程体系,将成为塑造大学生职业核心能力的新常态。
Professional core competence of higher vocational graduates is a new category,in which the vocational education during the period of post- model construction is changed greatly from skill- oriented way to personal- cared way and is committed to serving the communities better. According to the survey,there is a wide gap between employers' requirements about professional core competence of higher vocational graduates and the actual situation,and the importance of vocational core competence has been widely recognized. Due to such psychological inertia as the only focus on skills for a long time,vocational college have not yet designed a complete system and scientific evaluation mechanism to integrate consciously professional core competence into major setup and curriculum teaching. The new normal of professional core competence will be formed by the promotion of the joins of major setup,curriculum content and professional standards,the joins of training objectives,major setup,teaching process and other aspects so as to form a close vocational education curriculum system with distinctive characteristics and dynamic adjustment.
