摘要
"核心素养"旨在勾画新时代新型人才的形象,规约学校教育活动的方向、内容与方法。基于核心素养的课程发展意味着,无论是课程开发者抑或一线教师都需要在"核心素养—课程标准(学科素养/跨学科素养)—单元设计—学习评价"这一连串环环相扣的链环中聚焦核心素养展开运作。本文着眼于"核心素养"界定的世界趋势及我国"新课程改革"实施中产生的若干盲点,探讨基于核心素养的课程发展直面的挑战与课题。一线教师只要把握了学校课程的整体结构,积累单元设计与学习评价的新鲜经验,就能为新时代的学力与学习的创造,闯出一片新天地。
The core competencies aims to outline the image of new talent in the new era and regulatethe direction, content and methods of the school education activities. Curriculum development based on core eompetencies means that not only curriculum developers but also teachers should focus on core competencies and work according to the chain of" core competencies - curriculum standard (discipline competencies/interdiseiplinary competencies)-unit design-learning evaluation". The paper discusses the challenges and issues of curriculum development based on core eompetencies from the perspectives of world trend of the definition of core competenceand blind spots produced in the implementation of "new curriculum reform" in China. Teachers can promote the creation of the academic competencies and learning as long as they grasp the overall structure of the school curriculum and accumulate the fresh experience of unit design and learning evaluation.
