摘要 高校教师考评制度异化了它应有功能和本真目标,现有研究一般认为,教师考评制度异化的主要原因是考核评价标准同质化、考核评价指标量化、考核评价主体边缘化。事实上,高校教师考评制度异化的根源是大学定位趋同、考评制度物化、考评制度行政化。因此,要科学确定学校定位,制定差异化的分类评价指南;要摒弃物化价值导向,树立以教师为本的评价理念;要打破行政路径依赖,确立学术权力的评价主导权。唯其如此,才能更好地发挥考评制度指挥棒作用。 The evaluation system of university teachers has alienated its function and its true purpose. Existing studies generally show that the main reason for the alienation of teacher evaluation system is that the evaluation criterion is homogenized, assessment and evaluation are quantized, and the main body of the assessment and the evaluation are marginalized. In fact, the root of alienation of teachers' evaluation system in universities is the university orientation convergence, evaluation system materialization, and administration of the evaluation system. Therefore, this paper thinks that the university orientation should be scientifically established; the classification assessment guide should be made with differentiation ; the materialized value orientation should be abandoned ; a teacher - oriented evaluation concept should be set up;the dependence of the administrative path should be broken and the evaluation dominance of academic power should be established. Only doing so, the baton' s role of the examination and evaluation system can be better played.
