破解新时代高校教师评价体系存在问题的五条路径

摘要 新时代高校教师评价被赋予了更多功能,因此结合新时代教师评价体系的特点和要求对高校教师评价体系创新进行思考很有必要。本文从高校教师评价体系创新的必要性出发,指出现行高校教师评价体系存在的普遍问题是:指标上重科研轻教学、价值取向重业绩、标准较统一、方法多定量和行政性较强等,从而有针对性地提出新时代高校教师评价体系的五个创新路径:评价指标全面化、评价取向发展化、评价对象分类化、评价要素多元化、评价主体服务化等,为深化高校教师评价体系提供借鉴和参考。 In the new era,the evaluation system for university teachers has gained additional functions,making it necessary to contemplate innovation in alignment with the characteristics and demands of this era.This paper highlights the necessity for innovation in university teacher evaluation systems and identifies prevalent issues in the existing systems:an overemphasis on research over teaching in evaluation criteria,a performance-centric value orientation,uniform standards,predominantly quantitative methods,and administrative dominance.Consequently,the paper proposes five innovative paths for university teacher evaluation systems in the new era:comprehensive evaluation criteria,developmental evaluation orientation,categorized evaluation subjects,diversified evaluation elements,and service-oriented evaluators.These suggestions serve as reference points for the enhancement of the university teacher evaluation system.
