摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师教学能力的发展受到高校教师身份与思政课程属性的双重规制,故立足"教师专业发展"与"思想政治理论课课程属性"维度对教师教学能力进行释义发现,"教师专业发展"维度下教师教学能力包含教学认知和设计能力、实施和管理能力、评价和反思能力、研究和创新能力等,"思想政治理论课课程属性"维度下包含坚定的政治立场和共产主义信仰、充沛的理论素养和教育亲和力、稳定的马克思主义理论理解与转化能力、敏锐的时代嗅觉与政治敏感性等意识形态素养,因此,教学能力的发展也应当立足"教师专业发展"维度注重教师自主性的激发与专业发展环境的塑造,并立足"思政课程属性"维度注重课程属性的把握与教学理念的体悟。
The development of the teaching ability of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in universities is subject to the double regulation of the identity of university teachers and the attributes of ideological and political courses.Teachers′teaching ability under the dimension of"professional development"includes teaching cognition and design ability,implementation and management ability,evaluation and reflection ability,research and innovation ability,etc.The"ideological and political theory course attributes"dimension includes firm political positions and communist beliefs,abundant theoretical literacy and educational affinity,stable Marxist theoretical understanding and transformation ability,keen sense of smell and political sensitivity and other ideological literacy,so the development of teaching ability should also be based on the"teacher professional development"dimension.The teacher′s autonomy is stimulated and the professional development environment is shaped.Based on the dimension of"ideological and political course attributes",the focus is on the grasp of course attributes and the realization of teaching concepts.
