欧美人文社会科学评价的现状与反思被引量：27

摘要相比自然科学,人文社会科学评价具有复杂性、模糊性等难点。目前国外的人文社会科学研究成果评价,广泛采用的方法是同行评议,但也有许多国家辅以引文分析等文献计量方法,实现了定性评价与定量评价的有机结合。从美国、英国、法国、加拿大、德国等欧美主要国家人文社会科学研究评价现状可以看出,学术评价方法,尤其是定量指标如何使用,与管理层的目的密不可分,适合的评价方法才是最好的评价方法。研究国外人文社会科学研究评价现状,对促进我国科学的评价机制的建立具有重要的现实意义。
