摘要
以制度创新来推进师德建设,是社会转型时期教师职业道德建设的关键,而师德主要是由两部分因素复合而成的:一部分是教书育人的基本素养;另一部分是履行教职的特殊素养。师德制度创新的重要途径在于:创新构建制度,明确界定师德规范;创新管理制度,全面激励师德行为;创新评价制度,科学评估师德水平等。
Promoting teacher's morality by system innovation is the key to the construction of teacher's profession morality. Teacher's morality is composed of two elements: one is the basic qualifications of imparting knowledge and educating people, the other is the special qualifications of carrying out teacher' s profession. The important approaches to system innovation of teacher's morality lie in the followings: Innovate the constituting system and define the norms of teacher's morality; Innovate managerial system and stimulate the actions of teacher's morality comprehensively; Innovate the evaluation system and appraise the levels of teacher's morality in a scientific way.
