摘要
髌股关节疾病(patellofemoral disorder,PFD)以膝前疼痛为主要症状,是临床常见的膝关节疾患之一。即时了解髌股关节病在诊疗领域的研究进展,有助于进一步加深对髌股关节病的认识,对临床诊疗工作意义重大。同时,也让我们可以从多方面入手诊疗髌股关节病,为解除或缓解髌股关节病患者的痛苦提供新的思路和尝试。本文就髌骨关节病的诊断、治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Patellofemoral disease （PFD）, with anterior knee pain as the main symptom, is one of the common clinical knee disorders. Immediate understanding of the research progress of patellofemoral joint disease in the field of diagno- sis and treatment helps to further deepen the understanding of patellofemoral disease, which has a great significant in the clinicaI diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, we are able to make the diagnosis and treatment of PFD from various aspects, so as to provide new ideas and efforts to relieve or alleviate the pain of patients with PFD. This article aims to review the research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of PFD.
