摘要 目的评价配对在线透析滤过(PFD)与维持性血液透析(MHD)对终末期肾病患者β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)清除的作用。方法51例接受MHD患者随机纳入PFD组及MHD组,分别测定两组患者治疗前、后血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及β2-MG。结果两组BUN、Cr清除无显著差异(P>0.05);PFD组治疗后β2-MG明显降低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对小分子的清除,PFD与MHD作用相似,但对中等分子量物质的清除,PFD明显优于MHD。 Objective To evaluate the effect of online pair hemodiafiltration (PFD) in the clearance of β2-microglobulin. Methods 51 patients with end state renal disease were randomly divided into two groups, 26 patients underwent PFD as group A and 25 patients underwent maintain hemodialysis(MHD) as group B. Result There was no significant difference in the clearance of BUN and creatine between two groups (P〉0.05). But the difference in the clearance of β2-microglobulin between two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion PFD has the same effect as MHD in the clearance of micro molecule but it has an significant advantage over MHD in the clearance of middle molecule.
