摘要
目的探讨医用三氧关节腔内注射对膝关节骨性关节炎患者血中NO和SOD及MDA的影响。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者42例,在关节腔内注射25μg/ml的医用三氧10ml,每周1次,4次为1个疗程。采用ELISA法测量患者治疗前,治疗后1、4、12及24周时血浆SOD、MDA及NO的水平。分别于各时点评定VAS评分及其下降率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后4、12及24周时血浆内NO、MDA浓度降低(P〈0.05);治疗后各时点患者血浆内SOD浓度较治疗前明显增高(P〈0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后4、12及24周时,VAS评分下降,下降率升高(P〈0.05)。结论医用三氧关节腔注射可有效增强膝骨性关节炎患者机体清除自由基的能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of intra-articular medical ozone injection on the plasma levels of SOD, MDA and NO in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Forty-two patients with knee nsteoarthritis were treated with 25 gg/ml 10 ml medical ozone injection into articular cavity, once a week, for 4 consecutive weeks. The plasma levels of SOD, MDA and NO were detected before the treatment and at 1,4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment. Results The levels of MDA and NO were significantly lower at 4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment than those before the treatment (P 〈 0.05) , while the level of SOD was increased significantly at each time points after the treatment (P 〈 0.05). Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased and the descent rate was significantly increased at 4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment. Conclusion Medical ozone injection has beneficial effects on the patients with knee osteoarthritis by improving the ability to clear away the free radicals.
