摘要
食品安全事故层出不穷,及时、快速、准确地检测食品中各种非法添加剂、毒物、微生物等有害物质,阻止不合格食品进入下一个生产或者流通环节对保障百姓餐桌安全有着重要意义。非法添加剂、毒物、微生物等有害物质的快速检测技术也因此受到食品监管部门及公众的广泛关注。本文旨在简要介绍食品安全管理中常用的多种快速检测技术的应用及研究现状,并提出快速检测技术的不足及今后的发展方向。
Food safety incidents emerge one after another. Timely, rapid and accurate detection of various illegal additives, poisons, microorganisms and other harmful substances is very important for the safety of the people's dining table to prevent unqualified food into the next production or circulation segment. The rapid detection technologies of harmful substances have been widely concerned by food regulatory authorities and general public. The application and research status of several kinds of rapid detection technologies in food safety management were briefly introduced, and its shortage and future develooment "trend were put forward.
