摘要 随着人们生活水平的提升,越来越多的食材出现在人们的餐桌上。近年来出现的食品安全问题也开始引起人们的重视,究其原因在于企业和食品生产厂家为了获取更大的利益在食品中使用添加剂,这样就导致食品的品质不能得到保证,对人们的健康构成严重威胁。因此需要对食品加强检测,传统的检测方法主要是利用核磁设备在实验室进行检测,但是检测周期较长,并且需要投入大量资金,导致不能第一时间把握食品质量,所以必须对快速检测技术加强应用,进而及时发现食品问题,切实维护消费者利益。本文从快速检测技术分类入手,讨论快速检测技术的应用现状和常见问题,分析如何对食品安全快速检测技术进行有效利用,希望可为有关研究提供帮助。 With the improvement of people’s living standard, more and more food materials appear on people’s dinner table, and food safety problems in recent years have begun to be paid attention to, the reason is that enterprises and food manufacturers use additives in food in order to gain greater benefits, which leads to the quality of food can not be guaranteed and poses a serious threat to people’s health. So you need to increased detection of food. The traditional detection method is mainly by using nuclear magnetic equipment in the laboratory, but the food testing cycle is long, and the need to invest a lot of money, lead to can’t the first time to grasp the quality of food, so rapid detection technology must be used, to discover the problems of food, to safeguard consumer interests. This paper starts with the classification of fast detection technology, discusses the status quo and common problems of fast detection technology, analyzes how to use fast detection technology for food safety, hoping to help relevant research.
