思维导图联合微格教学法在体格检查培训中的应用 被引量:7

Application of Mind Mapping Combined with Microteaching in the Training of Physical Examination

摘要 目的探讨思维导图联合微格教学法在体格检查培训中应用价值的研究。方法将选取2016年1-2月北京某三甲综合医院参加体格检查专项培训的第一阶段规范化培养的共59名住院医师随机分为对照组29人及实验组30人。对照组采用传统教学方法;观察组采用思维导图联合微格教学法。两组住院医师在培训后随机分组进行肺部体格检查考试、查体技巧和问卷调查。结果经过培训,实验组在查体成绩和查体技巧平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(88.1±4.9)vs.(85.4±5.3,t=2.183,P=0.033);(8.56±1.2)vs.(7.24±0.8),t=5.256,P<0.001]。调查问卷显示,实验组在提高学习兴趣、提高学习效率、把握知识结构、提高自主学习能力等方面较对照组明显升高(t=6.625,P<0.001;t=2.684,P=0.009;t=3.225,P=0.002;t=3.456,P<0.001)。差异有统计学意义。结论思维导图联合微格教学法应用于体格检查教学可以有效提高住院医师体格检查的能力,并增加学习兴趣,提高自主学习能力。具有很好的应用前景和应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of mind mapping combined with mieroteaching method in the teaching of physical examination on residents. Methods Totally 59 residents at the first stage of standardized training of physical examination in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Beijing from January to February 2016 were divided into control group (n=29) and experimental group (n=30). The control group used the traditional teac.hing method and the experimental group by mind mapping with microteaching method. The residents were randomly divided into two groups after training to carry out a unified examination of physical examination, examining skills and questionnaire investigation. Results After training, the physical examination result and examining skills of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistically significan! difference[(88.1+4.9) vs. (85.4+5.3, t=2.183, P=0.033); (8.56+1.2) vs. (7.24+0.8), t=5.256, P 〈0. 001]. The questionnaire investigation showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the aspects of improve learning interest, learning efficiency, grasp the knowledge structure, improve the ability of independent learning and so on (t =6. 625, P〈0. 001; t =2. 684, P=0. 009; t=-3. 225, P= 0. 002; t=3. 456, P〈0. 001); the difference had statistical significance. Conclusions Mind mapping combined with microteaching method could effectively improve the ability of physical examination of residents, and increase their interests in learning, as well as improve self-learning ability. It had a good application prospect and application value.
