摘要
临床基本技能是住院医师规范化培训的核心内容。受当前医疗环境及培训基地实际情况的影响,住院医师的临床技能难以达到规范化培训的要求。诊断学教学是培训临床基本技能的重要环节,建议加强问诊和查体训练、开展模拟教学、规范考核过程体系,对住院医师进行诊断学继续教育,进而改善培训效果,提高培训质量。
The basic clinical ability is the core content of the standardized residents training program.According to the influence of current medical environment and the actual situation of training base,clinical competence of the residents is difficult to achieve the requirements of standardization training.Diagnostics is the basis of the clinical skills training.To promote the teaching effect as well as improve the training quality of the residents,we should adopt the following methods：cultivating residents＇ inquiry and physical examination,carrying out simulated teaching,standardizing assessment process system,and strengthening continuing education of clinical diagnostics.
