摘要
临床检验诊断学研究生,是医学检验人才结构中具有高素质、高水平的一支队伍。但是,学术型研究生在学术能力方面,仍存在缺乏科研创新能力、科研实践操作技能掌握度低、学术成果质量不高、学术信心不足、缺乏继续深造意愿等问题;在临床技能方面,缺少轮转熟悉检验科室日常工作及操作技能的机会、临床需求了解不够充分。同时,研究生存在来自生活、就业、深造等方面的压力。本文对研究生自身存在的问题进行分析,探讨研究生如何提升科研能力,增强学术信心,平衡生活与学业两者之间的关系,为研究生顺利就业或继续深造提升信心。
In the period of graduate education reform, there exist differences of graduate cultivation model between different professionals. Clinical laboratory medicine as a strong practical professional, the education for academic graduates should strengthen in the promotion of their academic abilities, and can＇t ignore the cultivation of clinical skills at the same time. At present, the academic graduates majoring in clinical laboratory diagnostics exists some problems in academic ability. For example, they lack the innovation ability of scientific research, the master degree for scientific research and practical operation skills is low, the academic achievement quality is not high, and they lack the confi- dence of academic or further study; In the aspect of the cultivation of the clinical skills, they are lack of the opportunity to be familiar with the daily work and operation skills in clinical laboratory depart- ment. They are not enough understanding the clinical demand. At the same time, graduate students are faced of the pressure from their studies and lives or the selection between employment and further study in the future. In this paper, by analyzing the problems of graduate students themselves to explore how to improve the scientific research ability, enhance academic confidence, balance the relationship between lives and studies, to improve the confidence for the succeed employment or further education.
