"Three-segment Propulsion" Model Based on the Practice of Postgraduate Education

摘要 目前的研究生培养模式下,一方面是学术型研究生理论结合实践不够、创新能力不足,专业学位型研究生实践能力不强;另一方面是高校教育资源及导师工程经验不足,研究生培养质量与社会需求的契合度较低。所以针对学术型、专业学位型研究生培养目标与要求的不同,通过构建校企政协同育人平台,解决两类研究生分类培养目标的差异性不够明显、两类研究生培养模式单一、专业学位型研究生培养的显著职业性体现不充分等问题。 Under the current postgraduate training mode,on one hand,combination between academic theory about graduate studentsand practice is not enough,innovation ability is insufficient,practical ability of graduates with the professional degree is not strong;on theother hand,the higher education resources and teacher's engineering experience are not enough,and the matching degree between graduatetraining quality and social needs is low.So for the different goals and requirements of academic and professional degree graduate training,through the construction of cooperative education platform by school,enterprise and government,it is to solve problems,for example,thedifferences between the two types of training target is not obvious,the two tyes of training mode is single,significant occupation of theprofessional graduate training is inadequate and so on.
