摘要
目的分析护士健康教育能力对于患者健康教育的成效及其提升策略。方法调查该科2015年1月—2016年1月期间住院患者对疾病知识知晓率,探讨提升护士健康教育能力的重要性、方法 ,以提升护士健康教育的质量。结果明确护士岗位职责、多途径、多方式指导护士健康教育工作,有利于提升护士工作责任感及健康教育能力,进而提高患者对健康教育的知晓度。结论提高护士健康教育能力,能够有效提升护理的质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education ability on the health education of patients and improvement strategies. Methods The awareness rate of disease knowledge of inpatients in our department from January 2015 to January 2016 was surveyed and the importance and method of improving the health education ability were studied thus improving the quality of health education of nurses. Results We should clear the post responsibilities of nurse and guide the health e-ducation work of nurses in many ways, which is conducive to improving the sense of job responsibility of nurses and health education abilities thus improving the patients＇ awareness rate of health education. C on clusion The improvement of health education abilities of nurses can effectively improve the nursing quality.
