情景模拟式健康教育在实习护士中的应用研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟式健康教育对实习护士健康教育知信行水平的影响。方法选择2016年7月-2017年6月来医院实习护士108名为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法分为干预组和对照组各54名。对照组给予包括发放健康教育资料、专题讲座、带教老师示范操作等常规健康教育,干预组联合应用情景模拟式健康教育。比较2组实习护士健康教育知信行水平、健康教育模式满意度。结果干预后,干预组健康教育核心问题(96.23%)、影响健康的因素(92.45%)、健康教育与卫生宣传关系(94.34%)、健康促进核心问题(94.34%)、范围最广/危害最广的危险行为(90.57%)、最经济/最有效的健康促进措施(92.45%)、维护与改善健康的最佳保证(92.45%)健康教育知识知晓率均高于对照组;干预组实习护士进行健康教育(94.34%)、自己健康教育知识缺乏(94.34%)、愿意接受系统健康教育知识培训(98.11%)、对接受健康教育患者及家属反应感到满意(96.23%)健康教育态度回答正确率均高于对照组;干预组对患者进行规范的健康教育(94.34%)、护理过程向患者讲解疾病预防知识(92.45%)、对患者不良行为进行干预(86.79%)、合理安排时间进行健康教育(81.13%)健康教育行为均高于对照组;干预组认为健康教育模式激发学习兴趣、增强自信心、培养教育能力、实用性评分均高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟式健康教育有助于促进实习护士健康教育知信行能力的养成,增强对健康教育模式的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation health education on the level of knowledge,belief and practice(KBP)of health education for trainee nurses.Methods 108 trainee nurses from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected.The subjects were divided into treatment group and control group by 54 patients by prospective study.The control group was given regular health education including health education materials,special lectures and demonstration exercises with teachers.The treatment group was combined with scenario simulation health education.The KBP level of health education of trainee nurses and the satisfaction of health education model of two groups were compared.Results The core issues of health education in the treatment group(96.23%),health-related factors(92.45%),health education and health promotion relationship(94.34%),health promotion core issues(94.34%),the widest range/hazardous risk behavior(90.57%),the most economical/most effective health promotion measures(92.45%),the best guarantee for maintaining and improving health(92.45%),the awareness rate of health education knowledge was significantly higher than the control group;Trainee nurses in the treatment group conducted health education(94.34%),lacked knowledge of their own health education(94.34%),received systematic health education knowledge training(98.11%),and were satisfied with the response to health education patients and their families(96.23%),the correct answer rate of health education attitude was significantly higher than that of the control group.The treatment group conducted standardized health education(94.34%),explained the disease prevention knowledge(92.45%),intervened in the patient’s bad behavior(86.79%),and arranged the time for health education(81.13%),the health education behaviors were significantly higher than the control group.The treatment group considered that the health education model stimulated learning interest,enhanced self-confidence,training ability,and practical ability scores were significantly higher t
