摘要
职业需要是人们从事某种职业的内在动力的源泉。从接受调查的理工科教师在开放题中填写的答案中得到,从事学术职业的中国大学理工科教师,在生存状态、工作条件、评价考核、组织环境等方面具有特殊的职业需要。但这些职业需要在现实中并没有得到较好地满足。原因是,职业变革、学术制度、治理结构均与大学教师的职业需要存在着矛盾。本文提出,我们可尝试改变大学教师的评价制度、组织保障、地位感知、管理结构,充分理解、尊重并尽可能满足大学教师的职业及职业发展的需要。
Career needs are intrinsic motivation for people to engage in certain professions. The answers given by the science-engineering teachers in the open question shows that those engaged in the academic profession have special occupational needs in terms of living conditions, working conditions, evaluation and assessment. However, these needs do not meet perfectly in reality, and the reason is that there exists contradiction between needs of university teachers and vocational reform, academic system, and governance structure. In this paper, we attempt to change the evaluation system, organizational security, status awareness, and management structure of university teachers, and we respect and meet as much as possible the needs of their career development.
