摘要
论述了理工科大学教师的知识结构问题。指出理工科大学教师的知识结构问题可由教师的学科本体性知识、条件性知识和实践性知识几部分组成。教师的学科本体性知识可分为工具性知识、基础知识、专业基础和专业知识;教师的条件性知识包含人文社会科学知识、教育学和心理学知识;教师的实践性知识主要指教师教学经验的积累。分析了理工科大学教师的知识结构现状,提出了改进的建议。
Knowledge structure of university teacher of science and engineering is discussed. It is pointed out that their knowledge structure should consist of several parts, such as the teacher' s discipline essence knowledge, conditional knowledge, and practical knowledge etc. The teacher's discipline knowledge can be divided into instrumental knowledge, basic knowledge, and professional knowledge. The conditional knowledge includes the knowledge of humanities and social science, and the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology. The practical knowledge mainly indicates teacher' s accumulation of teaching experience. The status quo of knowledge structure of university teachers of science and engineering is an- alyzed and some advices are put forward to improve it.
