摘要
科研评价制度对高校教师的科研行为具有引导和激励作用,高校教师对科研评价制度的认同,直接关系着科研评价制度功能的实现。在对18所高校医学院本部教师进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了高校医学院本部教师对科研评价制度的认同现状和影响因素。研究发现:高校医学院本部现实中的科研评价制度与教师最认同的科研评价制度有较大差异,高校医学院本部教师对科研评价制度的认同存在显著的职称和学科差异,生存需求、关系需求和成长需求是影响高校医学院本部教师科研评价制度认同的重要因素。在此基础上,研究建议:充分发挥高校医学院本部教师在评价制度制定和执行过程中的主体性,充分尊重高校医学院本部教师的胜任力及其对真理的不懈追求,给予高校医学院本部教师更多包容和鼓励,为高校医学院本部教师提供有竞争力的薪资待遇。
The research evaluation system can guide and motivate faculty’research behavior,so faculty’s recognition with research evaluation system directly correlates its implementation.Through a questionnaire survey of medical college faculty in 18 universities,this study analyzed the status quo and influencing factors of their recognition with research evaluation system.Results found that there is a great difference between the current research evaluation system of university medical school and the research evaluation system most recognized by faculty.There are significant differences in the recognition of research evaluation system across professional titles and disciplines.Survival needs,relationship needs,and growth needs are important factors that affect the recognition of research evaluation system.It is suggested that universities should empower the subjectivity of medical college faculty in the formulation and implementation of research evaluation system,provide full respect to the competence and unremitting pursuit of truth of medical college faculty,give more acceptance and encouragement to medical college faculty,and provide competitive salaries for medical college faculty.
