摘要
目的观察积雪草苷联合曲尼司特治疗局限性硬皮病的临床疗效。方法将102例局限性硬皮病患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组51例。对照组给予曲尼司特治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予积雪草苷治疗,2组均治疗6个月。观察2组治疗前及治疗3个月、6个月后皮肤硬度积分、关节痛积分、关节功能积分及皮肤病生活质量指数评分(DLQI)变化情况,记录2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗3个月、6个月后皮肤硬度积分、关节痛积分、关节功能积分及DLQI评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各项指标评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗3个月、6个月后治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生。结论积雪草苷联合曲尼司特能够显著改善局限性硬皮病患者的临床症状体征及生活质量,疗效较好,且安全可靠。
Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of asiaticoside combined with tranilast in treatment of localized scleroderma. Methods 102 cases of patients with localized scleroderma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group. The patients were treated with tranilast in the control group and with asiaticoside combined with tranilast in the observation group,the treatment lasted for 6 months. The changes of skin hardness score,joint pain score,joint function score and dermatology life quality index（ DLQI） score were observed before and after treatment for 3months,6 months in the 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were record. Results After treated for 3 and6 months,the skin hardness score,joint pain score,joint function score and DLQI score in the 2 groups were significantly decreased（ all P 0. 05）,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ all P 0. 05）; the total effective rate in the observation group after treatment for 3,6 months were significantly higher than those of the control group（ all P 0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups during the treatment. Conclusion Asiaticoside combined with tranilast can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients with localized scleroderma,it has better curative effect,and is safe and reliable.
