摘要
目的:考察肾炎宁合剂治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取63例慢性肾炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组33例,给予肾炎宁合剂;对照组30例,口服尿毒清颗粒,疗程均为6月。观察肾炎宁合剂治疗前后两组尿蛋白和血肌酐变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.91%(30/33),对照组总有效率为66.67%(20/30);两组患者治疗前后尿蛋白与血清肌酐指标,分别经秩和检验(P<0.05)、t检验(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:肾炎宁合剂治疗慢性肾炎患者可明显改善尿蛋白及血肌酐指标。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect ofshenyanning compound on chronic nephritis. Methods： Sixtythree cases of chronic nephritis were divided into test group（33 cases） and control group（30 cases）, test group received Shenyanning compound and control group received Naoduqing granules. The therapeutic course was 6 months in both groups. Observing the two groups＇ change condition of urine protein and serum creatinine. Results： The total effective rates were 90.91%（30/33） in test group and 66.67%（20/30） in control group. The condition of urine protein and serum creatinine was better in test group than in control group. The contrast has significant deviation by rank-sum test and t-test（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenyanning compound can obviously relieve urine protein and renal function of the patients with chronic nephritis.
