摘要 目的:综述积雪草的作用机制及临床应用现状,为探索阐明积雪草的作用机制、临床合理用药及新药开发提供一定参考。方法:以“积雪草”“抗炎”“纤维化”“Centellaasiatica”“anti-inflammation”“fibrosis”等为关键词,在中国知网、万方数据、维普网、PubMed等数据库中组合查询近五年发表的相关文献,对积雪草的作用机制研究及临床应用现状进行总结归纳。结果:(1)积雪草的作用机制与抗炎、抗纤维化、抗氧化与调节细胞凋亡等作用相关,各种作用机制间联系密切,其机制研究在分子水平不断深入;(2)积雪草多以辅助治疗用药应用于临床,临床应用虽然取得不错效果,但确切疗效缺乏有力证据;(3)积雪草具有极大研究价值及临床应用开发前景,但其相关临床应用与机制研究仍需更系统深入和优化。 Objective: To review the mechanism of action and the current situation of clinical application of Centella asiatica, so as to provide some references for exploring the mechanism of action, rational clinical drug use and new drug development of Centella asiatica.Methods: With the keywords of "Centella asiatica", "anti inflammation", "fibrosis", "Centella asiatica", "anti-inflammation" and "fibrosis",the relevant literatures published in the past five years were combined and queried in databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, WIP,PubMed, etc. to summarize the research on the mechanism of action of Centella asiatica and the current status of clinical application.Results:(1) The mechanism of action of Centella asiatica is related to the effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, anti-oxidation and regulation of cell apoptosis. The various mechanisms of action are closely related, and the mechanism research is deepening at the molecular level;(2) Centella asiatica is mostly used as an adjuvant medicine in clinical application. Although clinical application has achieved good results, the exact efficacy is lack of strong evidence;(3) Centella asiatica has great research value and clinical application and development prospect, but its related clinical application and mechanism research still needs to be more systematic, in-depth and optimized.
