饲喂蒸汽压片玉米对蛋鸡采食量、产蛋性能、蛋品质和小肠消化酶活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为评价蒸汽压片玉米替代粉碎玉米饲喂蛋鸡对其采食量、产蛋性能、蛋品质和小肠消化酶活性的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,将192只270日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为2个处理组,每组24个重复,每个重复4只鸡,分别饲喂由粉碎玉米和蒸汽压片玉米配制而成的配合日粮,试验期8周。试验结果表明,蒸汽压片玉米替代粉碎玉米对蛋鸡产蛋量、蛋重和料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05),但蒸汽压片玉米组蛋鸡采食量降低了4.13%(P=0.056);同时,与粉碎玉米组相比,蒸汽压片玉米组的蛋壳厚度和强度及蛋黄颜色指数分别显著降低3.67%、14.02%、16.67%(P<0.05);此外,蒸汽压片玉米组的十二指肠二糖酶活性也显著下降(P<0.05)。本试验证明使用蒸汽压片玉米替代粉碎玉米饲喂蛋鸡是可行的,但要注意饲料养分配比的均衡性。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of substituting milling corn (MC)with steam - flaked com (SFC) on feed intake, laying performance, egg quality and small-intestine enzyme activity in layer.A total of 192 Hy- Line variety brown layers of 270 days age were randomly allocated into two treatments with 24 replicates of 4 each.Ani-mals in each treatment were fed all mash feed formulated with equal SFC steam-flaked com or MC Respectively, for 8 weeks.The results showed that there are no significant effects on egg yield,egg weight and ratio of feed to egg (P 〉 0.05) between SFC ration and MC ration feeding,but feed intake decreased by 4.13% as MC substituted by SFC (P=0.056). Meanwhile,compared with the MC group,the SFC group significantly decreased the eggshell strength,eggshell thickness, egg yolk color index by 3.67%, 14.02%, 16.67%,respectively(P 〈 0.05).In addition,duodenal disaccharide enzyme activity significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05)as MC substituted by SFC.The results revealed that steam-flaked was a suitable method for com processing in layer feeding on the condition that nutrients in diets were balanced.
