益生菌替代肉鸡饲料中促生长抗生素的田间试验 被引量:12

摘要 在肉鸡养殖过程中大量使用促生长抗生素造成了严重药物残留、细菌耐药以及食品安全问题。寻找安全的促生长抗生素的替代品,保证食品安全已经成为全世界的焦点。益生菌和酸化剂作为潜在的抗生素替代品日益受到人们的重视。试验应用建明工业开发的益生菌替代抗革兰氏阳性AGP在中国某肉鸡一条龙企业下属农场进行两个批次的对比试验,总共使用了148 000羽肉鸡。抗生素对照组饲料中添加阿维拉霉素8 mg/kg,试验组每吨饲料添加克洛生200 g。第一个批次肉鸡平均43 d出栏,结果显示抗生素对照组的平均出栏体重、成活率、料肉比、欧洲效益指数分别为2.543 kg、93.19%、1.79和308;试验组平均出栏体重、成活率、料肉比、欧洲效益指数分别为2.559 kg、93.96%、1.73和323;与对照组相比试验组平均体重提高14 g,成活率提高0.77个百分点,料肉比降低0.06,欧洲指数提高15。第二个批次鸡群对照平均34日龄出栏,试验组平均33.5日龄出栏。结果显示抗生素对照组的平均出栏体重、成活率、料肉比、欧洲效益指数分别为1.735 kg、98.10%、1.64和308;试验组平均出栏体重、成活率、料肉比、欧洲效益指数分别为1.795 kg、97.7%、1.58和333。与对照组相比试验组平均体重提高60 g,料肉比降低0.06,欧洲指数提高25。连续两批鸡群试验结果表明,试验组益生菌替代该AGP后各项生产指标不仅没有负面影响,而且全面略优于抗生素对照组。该试验结果表明试验用的益生菌可以替代抗革兰氏阳性菌促生长抗生素在肉鸡养殖当中的应用。 Extensive use of growth-promoting antibiotics(AGP) in broiler production process caused serious drug residues, bacterial drug resistance, and food safety issues. Looking for safeahernatives to AGPs to ensure food safety has become the focus of the world. Probiotics and acidifiers as potenti alalternatives to antibiotics draw people's attention.In this study,two trials were carried out to test the ability of probiotics replacing AGPs in a leading broiler integrator's farm in China, totally 148 000 broilers were used. In the control group Avilamycin was added to the feed at the final concentration of 8 mg/kg, slaught experimental group CLOSTAT 11 was added 200 g per ton of feed. In the first trial broilers were Ltered at 43 d on average,the results showed that the average slaughter weight, the survival rate, feed conversion ratio (FCR), European Efficiency Factor (EEF) of the control group were 2.543 kg, 93.19%, 1.79 and 308; the average slaughter weight, survival rate, FCR, EEF in experimental group were 2.559 kg, 93.96%, 1.73 and 323. Experimental group compared with the control group, the average weight increased by 14 g, the survival rate increased 0.77%, lower FCR by 0.06, EEF increased by 15. The second trial control group broilers were slaughtered group broilers were slaughtered at 34 d on average and the experiment at 33.5 d on average. Experimental group compared with the control group, the average weight increased by 60 g, FCR decreased by 0.06, EEF increased by 25. The result show when the AGP was replaced by probiotics the productivity of broilers was not affected but increased slightly. This trial demonstrated that the probiotics used in this trial can be used as alternative to anti-Gram-positive bacteria AGP
