蒸汽压片玉米对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘要 试验旨在蛋鸡日粮中使用蒸汽压片玉米等量替代玉米,研究对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质的影响,选用40周龄健康状况良好,体重和产蛋率相近的京粉6号蛋鸡10000只,并采用单因子试验,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复1000羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组用100 kg蒸汽压片玉米等量替换基础日粮中的玉米,试验周期30 d。结果显示:相比于对照组,试验组平均日采食量提高了1.99%(P>0.05),平均日产蛋率和平均蛋重分别提高了3.85%和0.36%(P<0.05);料蛋比试验组降低0.05%(P>0.05)。试验组的蛋壳强度和哈氏单位比对照组分别提高0.03 kgf和0.16%(P>0.05);相比对照组,试验组蛋白高度0.01 mm(P>0.05)。结果表明:日粮中使用100 kg蒸汽压片玉米等量替代玉米,可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,但在蛋品质方面无明显改善作用。 The experiment aimed to the use of some contents of steam-pressed corn to replace corn in the diet of laying hens to study the effects of corn on performance and egg quality of laying hens.A total of 1000040-week-old Jingfen No.6 laying hens with good health,similar body weight and egg production rate were selected and divided into the control group and experimental group by single factor experiment,with five replicates in each group and 1000 birds in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group was fed 100 kg steam-pressed corn to replace the corn in the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of the experimental group was increased by 1.99%(P>0.05),the average daily egg production rate and average egg weight were increased by 3.85%and 0.36%,respectively(P<0.05);the feed to egg ratio of the experimental group was 0.05%lower(P>0.05).The eggshell strength and Haugh unit ratio of the experimental group were 0.03 kgf and 0.16%higher than those of the control group(P>0.05);the egg white height of the experimental group was 0.01 mm lower(P>0.05)than the control group.The results showed that the use of 100 kg steam-pressed corn in the diet to replace corn could improve the performance of laying hens,but there was no significant improvement in egg quality.
