摘要
"粮油加工工艺学"是食品类专业的主干课程之一,其理论与实践较强。根据地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型,满足食品科学与工程专业人才培养目标的要求,对"粮油加工工艺学"的教学体系、教学内容和教学方法进行探索与实践。
Grain and Oil Processing Technology is one of the major course in food science and engineering, which has a highly theoretical and practical course. According to the local universities transformation of application-oriented university, to meet the requirements of talents' cultivation objects of Food Science and Engineering, teaching system teaching contents and methods were discussed in of Grain and Oil Processing Technology.
