摘要 线上线下融合教学作为一种全新的教学模式及信息技术与学习理论融合的典范,已经成为信息时代的重要教学方式之一。虚拟仿真实践教学既可以满足培养学生现场操作能力的需求,又可以突破时间与空间的限制,为实践教学线上线下融合提供新的契机。以小麦加工虚拟仿真软件为基础建设线上实践教学平台,针对“粮油加工工艺”课程实践教学环节存在的问题进行教学改革,充分发挥线上、线下教学的优势,提高实践教学质量。 As a new teaching mode and a model of the integration of information technology and learning theory,online and offline integrated teaching has become one of the important teaching methods in the information age.The emergence of virtual simulation practice teaching not only meets students'demand for on-site operation ability,but also breaks through the limitations of time and space,providing a new opportunity for the integration of online and offline practice teaching.In this study,wheat processing virtual simulation software was used to build an online practical teaching platform,aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching of Grain and Oil Processing technology courses,teaching reform was carried out to give full play to the advantages of online and offline teaching and improve the quality of practical teaching.
