摘要
针对“粮油加工副产物综合利用”课程教学模式存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段及考核方式等方面进行全面改革与实践。此次改革旨在改进教学内容、提高教学质量、培养学生的创新意识与创业能力,为粮油行业培养具备创新创业能力的高素质人才。期望通过此次改革,将思政元素融入课程,丰富课程内容,将专业课教学与思想政治教育有机融合。
To address the problems in the teaching mode of the course“Comprehensive Utilization of Cereals and Oil Processing By-products”,comprehensive reform and practice are carried out in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means,and assessment methods.The aim of this reform is to improve the teaching content,to enhance the teaching quality,to cultivate students’innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability,and to cultivate high-quality talents with innovation and the entrepreneurial ability for the grain and oil industry.It is expected that through this reform,the ideological and political elements will be integrated into the curriculum,enriching the course content and organically integrating the teaching of professional courses with ideological and political education.
