基于校企合作的创新创业教育“五闭环”培养模式探索与实践 被引量:19

摘要 综合众多学者有关创新创业教育的涵义界定,提出创新创业教育在于其创新性、教育性、普遍性、融入性、渐进性和闭合性。强调高校认清创新创业教育的本质在于教育,在于培养人才,在于实践,能够以学生为本,结合企业所需,从顶层设计、人才培养方案、师资、学情、实践整个教学环节实施双创教育,再细化至双创师资培养、课堂改革、学科竞赛、教科研、成果转化、校内外实践,从而整合出基于校企合作的创新创业教育“五闭环”培养模式。 Based on the definition of innovation and entrepreneurship education by many scholars, proposed that innovation and entrepreneurship education need innovation, education, universality, integration, progressiveness and closure, emphasized that colleges and universities must recognize that the essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is education, talents training and practice. With student-oriented, combining the needs of enterprises, from the top level design, talent training programs, teachers, learning conditions, and practice of the entire teaching link ,implement double creation education. Based on this, it is further refined into teacher training, classroom reform, discipline competition, textbook research, results transformation, and on-campus practice, so as to integrate the “five closed-loop” training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on cooperation between schools and enterprises.
