摘要
在多年实验教学经验的基础上,结合实验教学中存在的问题,针对乳品工艺实验室大型中试设备的合理利用问题进行了研究,总结出一套关于中试设备在实验教学中的利用方法,包括用中试设备开设开放性实验、与科研课题相结合等方法,使大型设备得以在实验教学中应用。
Based on teaching experience and combined with the problem arise from teaching work, the detailed studies are carried on the properly use of large pilot equipments for dairy technology laboratory. By these studies, a series of innovation in use of large pilot equipments are summarized, which including research-aimed experiments, combining with research subjects and so on.
