摘要 目的测定本院医院制剂金黄膏中盐酸小檗碱和欧前胡素的含量,同时建立其质量标准。方法应用薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方内黄柏、大黄、陈皮和厚朴;同时借助高效液相色谱对金黄膏中2种有效成分欧前胡素和小檗碱进行含量测定。结果 TLC图谱中呈现4种物质的特征性斑点;欧前胡素在2~18μg·m L^(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999,平均加样回收率100.4%,RSD=2.4%(n=6)。盐酸小檗碱在20~180μg·m L^(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.998,平均加样回收率100.1%,RSD=2.2%(n=5)。结论文中检测方法可行,重复性好,可作为金黄膏的质量标准。 Objective To determine the content of imperatorin and berberine hydrochloride in Jinhuang cream, and establish a standard for its quality control. Methods The quality of prescription of cortex phellodendri, rhubarb, dried tangerine or orange peel and magnolia bark was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and the content of imperatorin and berberine hydrochloride was tested by HPLC. Results The characteristic spots were detected on the TLC atlas. Imperatorin and berberine hydrochloride had good linearity at 2 -- 18 μg·mL- 1 (r = 0.999) and 20 -- 180 μg·mL- 1 (r = 0.998). The average recovery was 100.4%, RSD = 2.4% (n = 6) for imperatorin and 100.1%, RSD = 2.2% (n = 5) for berberine hydrochloride. Conclusion The method is feasible and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
