摘要
目的建立测定护肝胶囊中葛根素含量的反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法。方法采用Kroasil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为水-甲醇（92∶8）,检测波长为245 nm,流速1.0 m L/min。结果葛根素进样质量浓度在0.112-2.24 g/L范围内与峰面积积分分值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为96.18%,RSD=1.09%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适于护肝胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of the puerarin content in Hugan Capsules. Methods The Kroasil C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was water- methanol（92 ∶ 8）,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 245 nm. Results The sample size of puerarin in the range of 0. 112- 2. 24 μg / min demonstrated the good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 96. 18%, RSD = 1. 09%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The established methods is simple,convenient and accurate with good reproducibility,and is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
