摘要
综述近年来国内对葛根素含量测定方法的研究进展,详细叙述了高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱法、分光光度法、薄层扫描法、毛细管电泳法、近红外光谱法、酶联免疫吸附测定法等分析方法,为葛根素及其制剂的质量控制提供参考。
The research progress on the determination methods of Puerarin in recent years is reviewed. The analytical methods,such as high performance liquid chromatography,ultra high performance liquid chromatography,spectrophotometry,thin layer scanning,capillary electrophoresis,near infrared spectroscopy and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,are described in detail,which provide reference for the quality control of puerarin and its preparations.
