摘要
试验采取反相高压液相色谱的方法,对甘肃省陇南地区地产葛根中葛根素含量进行了研究,并和其它地区的研究数据加以比较,结果表明陇南地区种植的葛根有效成分葛根素含量较高,具有良好的药用和经济价值,说明陇南地区适于种植和发展该中药品种。
Through analysis of the content of puerarin of the cultivated Puerria lobata （Willd.） Ohwi in Longnan region of Gansu province, this paper aims to find out whether this traditional Chinese herbal medicine can be cultivated on a large scale in this region. RP-HPLC was used to get the content of puerarin, and the date was compared with the reported ones in other regions. The results showed that the puerarin content of the cultivated Puerria lobata is high. It is worthy to be cultivated in this region on a large scale regarding its medical and economical value.
