摘要
目的优选如意金黄乳膏的基质。方法应用L8(27)正交试验,物理外观、离心试验、耐寒耐热试验、显微观察为指标进行筛选,选出最优乳膏基质处方。结果最佳处方组成为十二烷基硫酸钠2 g、单硬脂酸甘油酯2.5 g、硬脂酸7 g、十六醇8 g、羊毛酯8 g、甘油24 g、水相/油相温度比:75/73℃。结论该处方设计合理、质量稳定。
Objective To optimize matrix for the Ruyi Jinghuang Cream.Methods Physical appearance,centrifuge,cold and heat test and microscopic observation were taken as the indexes.The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted and L8(27) table was chosen for screening matrix.Results The optimized matrix is Lauryl sodium sulfate 2 g,single stearic acid glycerine 2.5 g,stearic acid 7 g,cetyl alcohol 8 g,wool ester 8 g,and glycerine 24 g.The temperature ratio of aqueous phase to oil phase was:75 to 73 ℃.Conclusion The prescription design is rational and stable.
